Second to last training run complete.
I feel good about this marathon. Am I going to jinx myself by saying that?
I have a pace plan that I'm going to stick to like glue. I've got my nutrition planned. My fluids and my support planned. Weather right now will be on the warm side towards the end of the run, but I will survive that!!
And then I will eat grilled cheese(s) with my wonderful friends.
If you see me running by at the marathon just yell out "Tom + Chee, Meg! Tom + mother effing Chee!".
These legs were made for hills.
